About the School
St Michael’s Collegiate School is a vibrant, independent Anglican day and boarding school for girls. Located across three campuses, Collegiate has an enrolment of around 700 students from the Early Learning Years through to Year 12. Approximately 80 teaching staff receive valuable support from administrative staff, teachers’ aides and ancillary staff.

Location

The School is committed to supporting the professional development of staff and recognises excellence across all career paths. Family Benefits
Eligible employees whose daughter(s) attend Collegiate, or whose son(s) attend our brother school, The Hutchins School, may be entitled to a reduction in tuition fees. Discounts on Before and After School Care are also available for eligible employees. Generous paid parental leave, including paid partner leave, is available for all staff and is in addition to the federally funded paid parental leave scheme.
Financial

Health and Wellbeing
Collegiate employees have access to various activities aimed at supporting their physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. Access to free, confidential, and professional counselling is available through our Employee Assistance Program and our onsite School Chaplain.
